automatically prompts you for every required
specification.

prompts that diagram an estimate from beginning

Bid Team's spreadsheet view provides a quick and easy way to view or run reports. These spreadsheet views are designed to
give you all the flexibility you need:
- Built in custom report writer allows you to modify existing reports or
create your own.
- You control what information is displayed and in what order.
- If the spreadsheet flexibility is not enough, all six information tabs of an estimate can
be exported to Excel for customization.
- Crystal Reports can also be created to display estimate information needed or
desired.
Using the optional Bid Day module is the fastest way to review your bid, update prices, and enter quotes from multiple subcontractors
and suppliers:
- Quotes may be for material or subcontracted areas of the job.
- Sub quotes are entered by phase, and may either be lump sum quotes or combination quotes (quotes in which one submitted bid applies
to more than one task or area
of the estimate).
