Rapid Navigation. Once the operator is within the function, it is a simple manner to enter, save information and then jump to another property using the “Jump Property” button. Conversely, if the operator wishes to perform a number of functions for a specific tenant (record tenant information, deposit, rent, etc.), there are quick jump function button icons for all functions on every screen.

Once a function has been selected, the operator can quickly enter information using the keyboard alone. Many entry fields have pick lists and items not on the pick list can be automatically added for use again later.

When the operator starts the program, he may check the sample company box to access the information contained in the sample data base.
